TERMS: Participation in the Texas Longhorn Muster, including the Texas Longhorn Show Futurity and the Horn Showcase, is subject to the following terms and conditions. 

1. Awards will be presented during the event, and winners not in attendance will be responsible for the cost of shipping the awards. All entries are final, and no refunds will be issued after the entry deadline.

2. By participating in the Texas Longhorn Muster, Futurity and Horn Showcase, participants agree to release the Texas Longhorn Muster, Futurity and Horn Showcase its officers, employees, members, agents, and representatives from all claims, demands, or causes of action of any nature whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, that may arise from or in any way relate to injury to persons, animals, loss or damage to property, or any other harm or loss occurring during or in connection with the event. 

3. Participants acknowledge that they are fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating in the event and hereby assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by an animal, equipment, or person. This waiver of liability and assumption of risk is binding on the participants, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, as well as any other person or entity associated with the participation of the animal(s) described herein in this event. Furthermore, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Texas Longhorn Muster, Futurity and Horn Showcase from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that arise from or in any way relate to the event.

4. The Texas Longhorn Muster, Futurity and Horn Showcase reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions and to make decisions concerning the conduct of the event and participation in it. All decisions made by the organisers and/or officials of the Texas Longhorn Muster, Futurity and Horn Showcase are final and binding. Participation in the Texas Longhorn Muster constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
